How do I find out when I can cancel my volt contract as I don’t want or use this SIm that virgin made me purchase

If you are outside of 14days then you will need to pay the contract in full.
Also bare in mind Virgin will increase any contract you have with them to cover the sim card and any discounts as the 2 are linked. And you are technically in breach of contract to them.
You really should read the terms and conditions before signing up.

Text INFO to 85075 and you will get a reply with your termination fees and duration of contract.

As a point of interest I did the same because it was still cheaper than accepting the deal without. Typical of companies where deal benefit them rather than the customer. And the ‘free market’ only works if there are sufficient competitors whom can meet ones needs. Which in this case there was not a lot. Nothing about reading T&Cs but working against the clock and limited resources
