Hello, I have been signed up for this serice via Virgin Media without much infomation and would like to cancel this monthly payment.

The SIM is part of your total package agreed with Virgin.

Two things.

1 If you cancel the SIM you may well have to renegotiate your broadband from Virgin

2 If you are not leaving Virgin and if you are over 14 days into your contract then O2 will require you to pay the balance of your contract as an early termination fee.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
