I want to cancel my sim contract. I took it out as part of a Virginmedia package a few days ago and haven’t received my sim yet.

Be aware that this was part of a Volt Package and you may well have to renegotiate your Broadband price with Virgin as it is dependent on you having the SIM

Thanks. Cancelling these contracts is always difficult so I thought it might be something that regularly comes up. And I was directed to the community through the O2 help function

It does come up but the problem is that we are all customers here so we can't handle accounts questions
