Hi I would like to cancel my o2 bolt contract. Sim never arrived and I cannot access my02 without the sim. Phone bills do not contain a mobile number just an account number.

Assume you mean Volt Contract which would have been taken out with your broadband. This would have given you cheaper broadband with a speed boost.
You really should have got on to them when the SIM did not arrive. SIM or no SIM if you are not out of contract O2 will try to charge you the remaining months. You may have a fight on your hands.
