Please help! My old number from Virgin had to be ported yesterday to O2, did not happen. Talk today with Customer Service, was told porting will be tomorrow and I would get 2 texts: 1st - conforming that porting is booked, 2nd - that porting is happening. Still have not got even 1st text confirming the booked porting. Can someone from O2 help me please?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
