Can't activate Volt benefits

Please can you help me? I got Virgin with Volt benefits yesterday but when I click "supercharge with volt" in my app it takes me to virgin's website and then redirects me back to o2, which directs me back to virgin etc and there's nowhere for me to enter my details, completely stuck on what to do here!

Volt should take about 14 days to activate from when you click the banner in your MyO2.  All details and prerequisites in here, @sophharvs - Volt Megaguide
