Solved: Boosters for Virgin Media

Hi,

I have been trying to reach the O2 team to claim the benefit for the Wi Fi Boosters for my Virgin Media account. ITs says I am eligible but does not tell me when I can receive them. Can you please tell me how we can activate this asap as I am in urgent need of them

It's all done through the Virgin Connect app.
