Hello,
I have just receive an email saying I have added a bolt on. I haven’t added anything to my account but not sure if it’s automatic from my Virgin account. It’s not clear if I have been charged or not for this?

If you login to Myo2 it will tell you what it is..
If you cant see it in there then you will need to contact o2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
