I received a bill in the post for £24.98 , I called 02 and was told I don’t owe anything then he said go to a 02 shop as he couldn’t do anything about it on the phone. I went to the shop and was told they can’t do anything. So I now have a bill I don’t owe and no one will help me , if I don’t pay it they will disconnect me and take me to court. What can I do please.
