Hi,
Probably being impatient, but I’m definitely eligible for Volt benefits as I have VM BB and an O2 contract. All details are correct and matching. VM have already applied the double speed to my BB.
O2, however, haven’t updated my data allowance as yet, and the tool suggests I’m not eligible.
I’m assuming its just a glitch and I’ll have to wait up until 14 days but has anyone had this issue before?
