I have an O2 mobile and I am a Virgin Media customer. Why does my account say I am not eligible for Volt benefits?

It is a garbage error message, and if you have joined both then you need to wait 14days for the benefits to be applied. If after 14 days then ring 02 for mobile on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and if Virgin then 0345 454 1111
