Yesterday I upgraded my iPhone and when I logged onto my account I noticed 10GB of usage after upgrading my phone…? I thought that was impossible as I hardly use Mobile Data go through my history you can see I don't use it often as I am always using Wi-Fi but not only that it says 20GB when it should be on 10GB because the guy who served me set it to 5GB with Volt it goes up to 10GB and it's showing 20GB which is not what we agreed to instore because I was asked what do I want my Dats usage on and I said 5GB is more than enough because with Virgin Media Volt it goes up to 10GB and yesterday the guy who served me it showed on my account I had 9.89GB left out of 10GB and now it's saying I've used 10GB as a Network Engineer that is impossible to go from 9.89GB not used to 10GB used…? That is an anatomical impossibility. So what is going on here?

@Hefeydd

Punctuation please.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I wonder is the data use is something to do with the change of handset ; probably lots of updating of the operating system, apps etc. Was mobile data on before you had input your WiFi details ?
