I've just recieved an email from 02 mycare informing me that I owe £12 plus £6 if its not paid within 4 days -on an account that was cancelled a few weeks ago -mis-sold to me by Virgin media when I joined on a broadband only deal -had a lengthy conversation with 02 on Facebook on 21st march who assured me the account was closed and I owe nothing-any ideas what to do first of all to stop 02 pestering me for money that I don't owe them
