I need your help my esim has got stuck and is giving the below error and I am unable to use it " on your account, you can’t make any changes on this page at the moment o2" I have been following up and customer service is saying it will take 10 days. Can you help .

Lots of people having problems such as yours.

I see you have replied in another thread I would stick to that.

As we are customers here we can't really help any further.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is not customer services but a customer community, so you will have to persevere with customer services,, 


All I will say is if you dont need an esim, then dont get one, they cause more issues across all networks, stick to Plastic Sims
