I took delivery of a new Sim yesterday from your Norwich store. I live in rural area with very poor signal and rely on WiFi calling (for mobile calls). When I attempted to enable this on my new iPhone 15 Pro a message advises me to contact O2. But due to lack of signal this fails!
My telephone number is [Edited]. Can you please do what is necessary for me to enable WiFi calling on the new iPhone 15 pro please. Please provide a confirmatory mail when this has been done.

Contact O2 to enable the feature on your account - as your signal is poor, contact O2 via Social Media, as in the link just below this post, or use another phone to call, numbers in here: https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
You can also use Guide: A Guide to Skype to call 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 or pop into the O2 store again with photo id, @Bodh1 - this forum is made up of customers, like yourself, and is not O2 Customer Services. Good luck!
