I delete emails and they go to my recyclebin and when I empty that they keep returning I have a Samsung Galaxt S10 +5 is there a setting I have not done

You need to change your settings to IMAP I would guess.

You need to set your IMAP settings to delete mail, from the server on delete from device.

As if not on a re sync it they will always come back.
