Looks like the release only happened 2 weeks ago, and o2 generally take a little longer to approve updates as they go through everything to ensure there are no issues for users @Dr_Jon .

A similar question is often asked and the answer is always the same. We have no idea. The members here are customers the same as you and the advisors that come on here do not have access to that sort of information.

Undoubtedly O2 will have given Oppo any information they need and it's up to the manufacturer when they release it.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

it has been in beta since August and in release form since begining of October, EE have released it already.

Maybe O2 just are not as efficent at adding thier bloatware as EE.

Or as the OPPO find x5 pro is not as popular as other models they just don't care about their customers.

As we are all customers like yourself we have no way of knowing.

You can contact O2 but I doubt CS will know the answer either

I got excited the other day when I got a notification of an update on my X3.

Unfortunately it was just the October security update.

When I googled it, the roll out is supposed to be "ongoing" for both the X3 and X5 - see links below.
