Hi everyone
i need advice about voicemail
so last week i get new sim only deal contract with O2 and transfer my old number from Vodafone,i dont know what happen but now i have red dot on my voicemail icon and when check the voicemail is not new messages

Now if you can't get it to work properly, you need to call O2 and ask them to reset your VM account.

Call yourself from another phone and leave a voicemail.
Then call your voicemail from your phone, listen to it and delete it.
This will clear your stuck notification.
