hi ,

 

i have a phone in my basket as upgrading however i cannot continue as it says it willl send me a verification code to my mobile, however my old phone is broke hence the early upgrade, how do i contiue with purchase without code.

You need to borrow a phone (or use an old one) to put your sim in to get the code.

thanks for your response, my sim does not fit my old phone, surely they must be another option to send code to my email address? slight_smile
