so in June I had problems with my watch and it had to be reset I am unable to get my Esim back on the watch at first I got error code 202 this was sorted and my Esim was there I added it to my watch but it got stuck in activation so it was removed from the watch by o2 now when I go through the Apple Watch app set up mobile service my esim is not there and its asking me to add a new one for £7. its been nearly 3 months I've rung 202 they say I need to go in store and the store say they can't help ring 202 so I'm at a loss I've emailed complaints but no one gets back in touch I'm now paying for a service I'm unable to use and very unhappy I've been with o2 for over 10 years.
