Well we are all customers here so shouting will fall on deaf ears as there is nothing we can do.
Make sure you have the MyO2 app and keep reporting in from there.
As you seem to have a date I assume O2 are aware of problems but they may have to wait for access or to get spare parts which are in short supply due to a number of factors outside of their control.
