Hi, I've set up a direct debit to o2 for a sim only plan, I've used my PAC code and even got an email saying my number has been ported. The problem is I still havent got the o2 esim i requested and my phone number is still actually working on my old 3 mobile sim.

ESim will be delivered via MyO2
Take your old SIM out before installing the ESim.
Any problems call into an O2 Store with photo ID and they will help
However, if your 3 number is still active the port has not taken place
