Been  trying to get pay monthly number onto pay as you go its takes 2 sims being sent one was wrong  and about 12 calls and still getting nowhere

Apparently its swapped over and working  , even though numbers vanished from my 02 account -  new 02 sim has no signal nor old one  and i was told maybe signals bad, then old contract needs paid up , even though i was out of contract 18 months and it was just rolling over each month  then told take sim out wipe it and put back in  , switch phone on off and all of which id been doing so since 22nd dec , in one call i was told january the 3rd it would go through then changed their mind to today Wednesday 27th and today  after 6 calls 2 of which said my number didn't exist and one said i had 60gb contract cancelled on 02 i got thro to a james who came up with ideas as to why with signal/contact/wipe sim then got annoyed and booted me from the call - you've been kicked from this conference

is there a direct email to 02 as contact seems terrible and staff not fully understanding possibly due to language issues - i speak english and i think some of the calls there been issues and my accent isnt that strong if that was the problem.

No direct email.

If it is a language problem over the phone try the social media links

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
