We’re just customers like you @mason3 but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

This network is so [Removed]. I can't believe I have to pay for this service. I upgraded my phone now I can't make any calls. I called o2 and a woman from o2 customers service called Mapisa said that any one upgrading network will not work for 24 hours but I upgraded my iPhone and my Samsung but I haven't got any network on my Samsung and my iPhone is working fine. So there are con artists as well as liars. If I didn't have both phones they would have fool me.
