seems like alot of the 02 website is down?

i was in a rush today and put my phone off charging into my pocket. I have a pin lock on there and it for some reason kept trying to input codes in my pocket, and now my phone is locked and i need the PUK code. I have tried using the generator and it just says 'Oops, something went wrong. Try again later.' so then i tried going into my 02 and doing it that way and it says 'It looks like something's gone wrong. We're looking into it and hope to get it fixed soon.' so like what is going on? I need my phone which is now bricked essentially until i get this damned code! can i get a puk code any other way?
