samsung galaxy a51 screen often becomes unresponsive

every now and then my samsung galaxy a51 screen often becomes unresponsive.

There is no logic, warning or consistency to when it happens. I will be using the phone as normal and then my screen stops working and can't use it at all. IS this a known bug? Has it happened to anyone else?

I have only had the phone about 20months so can't imagine its dying on me already. The only way to get my screen to work again is to restart the phone.

Any advice on why its happening? Usually happens once a week / once every couple of weeks
