requested to keep old number for new volt service on virgin media

Joined virgin media volt with the understanding id keep my old 02 mobile number....this has not been the case as old number got cut off so im now left with a new number i dont want(lost all the credit i had on my old number)...been phoning 02 since last saturday waiting each day waiting patiently for old number to be reconnected but still not happened as its friday now and still not have my old  number back so no ones been able to contact me all week....has anyone else been in this situation?

Number ports and migrations do seem to be taking longer than usual.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
