last week I arranged a change of DD payment date and was assured that my service would not be affected. Today, I find that I cannot make any calls, even to O2 to sort it

After contacting O2 from my landline, at a cost to me, the bar has been lifted. Very impressed as I was told within 24hrs, it took less than 10mins, quicker than the actual phone call
