recently moved house no signal

hi I have re entry moved house and am receiving no mobile signal whilst at home, this is impossible to cope with as I have to be contactable. it has been suggested to try the 3g option, this did not work. I need a solution as I am tied into contract

@nikkib007 Check to see if Wi-Fi calling is available to you: Wifi and 4G Calling explained | O2

If your current phone doesn't have that function you need to consider the option of getting one that does.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
