Having just switched from S21 to S23, and migrated all data/contacts etc to my new handset, my incoming caller id doesn't seem to be recognising numbers from my contact list...
I've watched a number of videos suggesting ways to fix this. Have tried resyncing my contacts, reinstalling the Phone app, nothing seems to work.
Is this a known issues on S23? or a simple fix which I haven't thought of yet maybe?

There are some issues with phones containing certain chipsets that are being investigated.
You need to contact O2 for help.
