"Something went wrong" on step 3 of 5 of checkout process

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my device to a newer model and keep getting a "something went wrong" error on step 3 of 5 of the checkout process. This has been happening for a few hours now and I need to complete the order before April 1st.

 

I have tried from different browsers and devices to no avail.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
In store may also be an option for you.
