If you are making a claim for a lost phone, then you won't get any proof of barring. Any insurance company would know that if you lose your phone, the network provider puts a bar on the phone as soon as it is reported lost or stolen, so show them this guide.

As to usage, if you read this guide, it's all about your usage and is shown in My O2

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Best of luck. Just remember YOU don't have to 'jump through hoops' for your insurance. It's THEIR job to confirm your loss. This is why you pay insurance. Of course they will need to know you actually had a phone but info in the download bill guide is proof of that.

Just ask O2 for a standard insurance letter which contains all you need to progress a claim.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
