This is a public community of o2 customers, so anyone and everyone can see your number. Please edit your post using the little down arrow in a circle to the right of your name.
Your issue could be any number of things - work being done on a local mast, sim/phone fault, unpaid bill, etc.
Try turning your phone off and on again.
Try putting your phone into flight mode and back off again.
Follow the help in the guides below, and if none of that works contact customer services:
