I'm looking to get some help with my phone as its been cut off I don't mind that as I knew it would happen (my bills not been paid yet but I have phoned twice and let them know when it will be paid and I was assured I could just phone up and get my phone services would be put back on which I did the first Tim everything was good )
But this 2nd time everything has been cut off again and when I try and even phone them the number just goes straight to call ended once I click call , my data is off and I can't send text messages ether ? we have an agreement I will pay all my bill off this Friday and my services wouldn't be cut off to just phone up if they do but how can I phone up when I can't make even a call to o2 ? And there chat isn't available
