hi sue to the circumstances with it been christmas soon i have havnt had the money for my bill but next week i will be able to pay it over been really struggling atm and with covid it is hard aswell

You will need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
