no service 90% of time and central locations

Hi, i have no service most of the time and in central location where the coverage is perfect for other users.

i have to restart my phone 1 or 2 twice to get a service and minute after that loosing signal again.

its a new sim card as i am with o2 for around 3 months now and i was expecting much better service, because that was the reason to leave my previous provider - Three.

What can you suggest to fix this issue, i think this may be a faulty sim card, so i will appreciate if you could send me new sim card if that would fix the problem?
