I have 3 phones 2 IPhones And 1 Andsroid on O2 and all of them won't call out. I did a software update and network reset but nothing. I'm at the end of my tether here as its been 2 days without being able to call out. All I get when I live chat is call 8002 but how can I do the if I can't call out. I need someone to call me to sort it (I can recieve calls) as it is on all 3 phones my wife has a differeent account and hers is not calling out either. I have a booster set up in the house. Not happy man at the moent as im losing money not have my phones working.

The use Skype (Consumer Version) and use the numbers above to contact them it doesn't cost you anything.
You can install it on your iPhone as well, you just need a WiFi Connection

You need to call 8002 on the landline number which can be found on the o2 website under contact us, from any other phone or even skype.
o2 will NOT call you....
Number to call is 0800 977 7337
edited as screen grab didnt work properly

Has your booster failed, @Mossychops069? If the booster piggy-backs on your broadband, check that too (O2 do not support booster boxes for Consumer tariffs, so reach out to O2 Business is all I can suggest, alas).
If your broadband's good, you may be able to enable WiFi Calling for one or more of the phones in the interim, details here: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/network-coverage-and-international/wifi-and-4g-calling
NB not possible on Business Mobex, Best for Business tariffs or Public Service Network tariffs.
Business Customer Service Number Charges
From your O2 mobile | 8002 | Free |
From a landline | 0800 977 7337 | Free |
From abroad | +44 7860 980 202 | Free† |
Good luck.
