i,ve hade no network from o2 for month had to change to EE witch is great but still having to pay out my o2 contract its theft by convertion when they cant povide service

Did you check for service outages in your area via https://status.o2.co.uk ? Also no network guarantees 100% coverage, and faults do happen and can take time to fix.
Did you check network coverage before signing up???
You will need to contact o2 on 0344 809 0202 and pay off all and any outstanding sums.
