new sims not working and numbers not transferring.

I recently transferred from Virgin mobile over to O2, both sims for me and my wife. Neither are working and and we have tried transferring numbers which we received email confirmations about, saying they would be transferred the next day (yesterday). But now neither phone works for calls or texts. We can't phone customer service and can't find a way to chat to an advisor through the website, any help would be appreciated!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
