how do you activate your sim if you have no network? Myo2 help page is useless & very confusing......Pac code given at time of ordering this time last week online & my patience is running low....Cant access live chat as you are 'busy'....& cant contact o2 direct as have no network....Please help

If you are new to O2 pay monthly your sim is already activated, but probably with a new number Guide: Migration & porting into O2
If you are PAYG, you need to top up to activate the sim Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
If you are just upgrading, you don't need a PAC and you can just use your old sim or do a sim swap to use the new one Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

@curious123 You can call customer service on 0800 032 1402 from any phone. If you can, borrow a phone or call from a land line.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
The 0800 number isn't available until 9 am.

Were you with o2 before, ie have you upgraded an o2 contract?
