Hello, My phone is now completely broken. 

And no longer switching on. I ordered a new one last night, went to a shop on Tuesday, spoke to somebody on the phone on Monday. 

When ordering my phone yesterday some body promised my phone would arrive tonight (it has not) or at the latest I could organise for it to arrive on Friday evening. However, I have been told it will arrive anytime tomorrow...I am working in the day and need it for tomorrow evening. If I miss the slot what will happen? I leave for abroad on Saturday morning so it NEEDS to arrive on Friday night. Please contact me ASAP. If I knew this would happen I would have organised store collection,.
