I have a new phone and wish to register it with My O2 account. To do this you would send a verification code to my registered number which I no longer have so please advise how I register the new number.

Also the new number *********** receives calls but will not send out any - how to fix please.

If, when you get into MyO2 register and alternate number in your contact details (I use my wife's Vodafone number.) Then when O2 wants to send you an OTP to log in it will give you a choice of numbers

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You'll need to talk to O2, Guide: How to find help & contact O2 has the Social Media links in it, most helpful those guys, once you get them to respond to your DM via X. Also this to help explain the porting process

Guide: Migration & porting into O2  @Auriga

Good luck!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
