For some reason my network is down and I can only make emergency calls. Check the network coverage in my area and that seems fine. Could be an issue with the Esim i have?
I've tried contacting the O2 LiveChat to see if I can sort this out but unfortunately all of the messaging services have now been put over to the app. The issue I have is I can't access the app because when I try to login it wants to send me a text message for verification which I can't receive. I also can't access my account online for the same reasons. I've tried live chat with them on the website about six times now and each time they tell me they're gonna put me through to the right department via live chat that they'll be able to help but yet again it keeps redirecting to the app because that's where all the messaging services are which I can't access.
How am I supposed to contact O2 when I have no access to calls or texts?
I literally can't find any solution to resolve this issue with no network access.

You could go in store with photo ID or try contacting O2 on social media.
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

@clarknetwork - consider enabling this on your phone, if you are a contract customer with good WiFi wherever you are without O2 cellular signal:

What's your basis for saying "coverage....seems fine" when you've already said "my network is down"?
Does O2 show on a manual network search?

I think many think the Coverage Checker is live. They forget the Status tab.
