do I need to wait till my contact is up before changing my tariff and I would like to cancel my £6.00 phone insurance? how ?

You can change your tariff at anytime and to cancel insurance you need to call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If you upgrade to a sim only via the o2 website, you will have the option to keep or cancel your insurance.

Tariff change you can do yourself in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 but you must call to cancel insurance Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
