I have a my 02 account - which recognises my log-in details - but when it moves onto security - it says it has sent a security code to - and then no number is displayed - and therefore I cant go any further. The code is sent to my mobile number, but there is nowhere to enter it. How can I sort this?

You can't, @martinshep - you need to contact O2 to fix your MyO2 account - either the e-mail address is sending you to a second account, or your phone number has become corrupt on the account you are using.

Reach out to them via Social Media (Twitter/X or Facebook work well, and you can ping them every so often until your query gets an attentive agent)

@martinshep

I use a laptop and this has happened to me.

It appears there is no number. I refreshed the page and suddenly the last 4 digits of my number appeared.

They sent the code and I was able to apply it.

The first time it happened, I flicked back then forward and no code requested, so was able to log on.

It's ok O2 setting up new systems but they really should test them thoroughly before leaving their customers in the mire!!
