i put £30 credit on my phone ready for monthly top ups but my balance has gone to ZERO? Why & where has my £30 balance gone? i want to continue with my top up but do mot want to pay more incase it does not work? Please help

Do you have a £30 Big Bundle, by any chance, @Suzy-Macfarlane - as the credit on your phone is consumed on day 1 of your month, whatever your 1st top up day was - that is how Big Bundles work: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

Also, if you used Web Top-Up, be sure not to make a mistake in the number you are topping-up, as O2 will not refund the top-up if it goes onto someone else's phone because you typed in the wrong number - you will have a record of the number you entered in the Top-Up receipt in your e-mail (check 7n your Spam folder too, just in case!).
