You'll need to call customer service to specifically to check your account.

But it could be a data promotion that has now ended.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Sounds like a promotional offer, however if you do run out of data on 4GB a month you can always change your tariff to include more data via My O2. Please be aware you can not revert back to any other lower tariff once you've increased it, you can only go up.

If you're sharing your data allowance across family, maybe unlimited data will suit you then nobody has to worry about running out.

@Nick_selkent

Good you're helping out but 2 points from your last post.....

1 - If the customer is on a flex tariff they can move up or down once a month.

2 - You cannot share data from a unlimited data contract.

Welcome to the forum too thumbsup
