malware / virus?

anyone had experience of a virus or something on their phone.  I have a Samsung Z flip - coming up to a year. It looks like there is a black splodge just off the right hand side in the middle.  my apps are jumping about all over the place and some I cant open at all.  

Any thoughts?

@Jannie_Scoot  You have a 2 year warranty with Samsung. I would give them a call.
