Just this minute tried and the site is working fine here.
As to late delivery of a SIM the only thing O2 will be able to tell you is it has left them. The tracking number is a Royal Mail internal number and cannot be used outside of RM.
You could try the Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
