Hi, I have an iPhone 10 with dual sim facility. Its been running on o2 esim only as needed whatsapp on both numbers.. 2 days ago it suddenly wouldn't go online, then it seemed to lose its apple id, now it won't turn on or off. The apple appears, then it will go black after some minutes, it feels like its trying to restart all the time. Tried with a different physical sim, tried pugging into mac and looking for it, tried the volume up, volume down, right button until it goes black and apple appears again. I allowed it to exhaust battery and left for 24 hours, then charged a little and tried all this again. Any suggestions, please.. Ringing in just goes to voicemail. Many thanks
